Every SoWood gift is personalized and made to order. We ship worldwide, and you’ll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Estimated Delivery Time
Please note:
Delivery time = processing time (2–5 business days) + shipping time.
These are estimates for standard shipping. More than 97% of our packages arrive on schedule.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, not counting weekends and holidays.
If you ask us to change your design, processing can take 1–2 extra days.

Please note:
- Severe weather, customs checks or an incorrect address can cause delays.
- Need it sooner? Open a support ticket before your order ships and ask about express shipping.
- If your package doesn’t arrive within the estimated time, contact us and we’ll resend it or refund you, whichever you prefer.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number and link. You can also check it on our Track Order page, or sign in to your account with the email you used at checkout to see the status of every order.
Address & Delivery Issues
- Please enter your full address, including apartment, building, floor or unit number. Missing details can delay your package or send it back to us.
- We don’t ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
- If your delivery details are incorrect or incomplete, we may contact you to confirm them, which can delay your order.
- If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we’ll help with a replacement or refund.
- If your package is lost in transit, open a support ticket and we’ll help.
- We can’t be responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be charged customs duties, taxes or import fees by the destination country. These charges are set by local customs and paid by the customer. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.
