Accessibility Statement

SoWood wants everyone to be able to browse, personalize and buy our gifts, including people who use assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

We are working toward:

• Keyboard access to menus, product options, the cart and checkout.
• Text alternatives for meaningful images.
• Readable color contrast and text that can be resized.
• Clear headings, labels and form instructions that work with screen readers.
• Checking new pages and features for accessibility before they go live.

Our product personalizer uses a visual preview, which can be hard to use with some assistive technologies. If you have trouble personalizing a product, contact us and we’ll help you place your order with your details.

Some features on our site, such as reviews, payments and the personalizer, are provided by other companies. We can’t fully control their accessibility, but we report problems we find and keep looking for better options.
