Within 4 hours of placing your order
After 4 hours
Your order is in production and can’t be changed or cancelled
Need to change a detail or cancel your order? Click Submit a Ticket below within 4 hours and we’ll take care of it.

You can update names, photos, personalization details or your shipping address, or cancel your order. Send us your order number and the change you need.
After 4 hours
Orders go into production right away so they arrive on time. Changes and cancellations are no longer possible.
How to Request a Change

Step 1
Click Submit a Ticket within 4 hours of placing your order.

Choose Modify Order or Cancel Order, then add your order number and the details of the change.

We’ll email you to confirm once your order has been updated or cancelled.
Good to Know
- Design changes can add 1–2 days to processing, and we can’t guarantee the original delivery date for modified orders.
- Personalized orders go into production quickly, so please double-check names, dates, photos and your address before checkout.
